Futsal 2004

We would like to let all the current players and new ones know that the registration for the Futsal 2004 is now open and it should be filled out according to the following rules:

Filling out the Ficha Técnica do Jogador form;
[Word Format- You must have MSWord installed]

Be able to participate in the trainings;

You can not be suspended or any thing pending with the Massachusetts Futsal Association.

Notes:
1 - The Official Registration should be completed in English or Portuguese, sign and date then mail it to the club headquarters at:

Dead line is December 20, 2003
Note that, registration received after this date, the player will not be able to play in the Futsal 2004.

2 - Any selected athlete or member of the board of directors should participate in all trainings, meetings, games, etc. The selecting process should obey the Internal Bylaws of the club.

3 - Any candidate in suspension with the Massachusetts Futsal Association will not be qualified.
